Municipal Service Review (MSR) Project
Update: LAFCO passed a resolution adopting the MSR determinations at the July 24, 2008 Commission meeting. The determinations adopted by LAFCO are located in the Findings document of the MSR. Please contact Paige Hensley at the Yuba LAFCO office if you would like to receive a CD or printed copy of the MSR. The Final Sphere of Influence Options Report was accepted by LAFCO at its April 1, 2009 meeting. LAFCO staff will begin processing the actual Sphere of Influence updates in the coming months.
